Once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for processing of your order (Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and holidays). When your order is dispatched, an email confirmation with the tracking information will be sent to you. Please check your junk folder for an email from Lovewell. Additionally, a SMS text is sent to the number provided when the order was placed. Delivery in 1 – 3 business days.
We ship our items through USPS domestically and UPS, domestic and international. The total shipping cost will also include packaging and handling fees.
If Lovewell receives your returned package due to insufficient address information or an address inputted incorrectly, we reserve the right to recharge for shipping cost in order to reship the order to the correct address. We will work together to make sure the customer is satisfied and get the order once the correct address is provided.
If your products are damaged through the mail, please contact Lovewell within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please email pictures of the damaged package along with your order information to admin@lovewellorganics.com
Since our products are green with plant extracts and natural without chemical fillers to extend the shelf life, we recommend 9 months as the final shelf stability for (aqueous) water based products. We use mild broad-spectrum preservatives for bacteria, yeast, and mold, Ecocert and Cosmos accepted. Our (anhydrous) oil based products have a shelf-life of typically 9 -12 months. * Our Silky Butter Meringue (anhydrous) is whipped and sensitive to heat, has a shelf-life of 9 months, should be refrigerated in warmer climates and kept cool.
100% Cruelty-Free. We never test on animals, nor will we ever. Our products do not contain chemicals, toxins, parabens, or fillers of any kind which can be harmful to our bodies. We source ingredients that benefit our skin, our bodies, and our environment.
Our products are safe for kids, preferably over the age of 2. Our products are not tear free and contain essential oils. If you feel that you must use something to improve scalp conditions, hair hair or skin conditions, we recommend our Regenerative Oil, Silky Meringue, Glow Oil. If the product comes in contact with the eye, please rinse well immediately. Products are not for ingestion. Soon we will launch baby care; tear-free products.

Absolutely, Lovewell will work well on both relaxed and natural styles. All of the products work well on multi-textured hair. Lovewell helps to condition your scalp and hair as it grows. Works very well moisturizing protective styles. The roots of the hair are the foundation to strong healthy hair.
